A leap of faith...

Today marks an official 2 months since opening my Etsy shop. Thank you to all of you for making that leap of faith so successful and so fun!

Today I took another leap...


This morning Tate, my 4 year old, came into the bathroom while I was getting ready and said "Dad told me you're jumping out of an airplane today with a parachute." I said, "What do you think about that?" He gave me the pointer finger swirling around his ear action. So I said, "You think I'm crazy, huh?" to which he replied, "No, I think you're cuckoo in the head!"

Maybe cuckoo in the head, but the most exciting thing I think I've done to date! I was ready to go back up on the next flight! My dad and sister Rach went with me, too. Besides the fact that my shirt kept flying up while I knew I was being video taped, it was absolutely AWESOME.

I promise tomorrow's post will be about party decor (though today's events are technically related to a big birthday coming up for me!) ...I just had to ride the wave of excitement for a few more hours!
